Whenever needed, you can have your Xenon and LED headlights repaired or replaced by a LNK technician to restore their full functionality. We service all makes and models.

LNK Services Repair Program is designed to provide you with an increased level of accountability and to produce time and cost savings. We are ISO 9001:2008 compliant, and all repairs are done to meet rigorous quality standards.

Evaluate - Diagnosis - Repair
 

Headlight systems are evaluated by a trained technician, and the service history of the device consulted (if available) for prior condition and repairs.  A detailed quotation is created, defining all repairs that are needed to bring the equipment back to OEM specifications.  Typically repairs are completed within 3 business days of receipt of Purchase order or payment. After each repair is complete, a Quality Control technician evaluates the device to ensure it conforms to OEM specifications before it is shipped.

LED - XENON LIGHT SOURCE REPAIRS
No matter the type or brand LED/Xenon light source you have we CAN repair it! We are Surgical headlight specialist and repair or replace any unit that is malfunctioning and return it to its OEM standards.

Lithium-Ion BATTERY REPLACEMENT

No matter the type or brand battery powered LED light you have we replace your batteries at a fraction of the original manufacturer will charge. Lithium - Ion battery replacement is no longer a hassle with LNK Services. Just let us know what brand and model you are using an d we will get you an estimate on the replacements in the same day.

   Repair and Return Policy

  • 1 Year Limited Warranty
    LNK Services warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship that result in product failure during normal usage in accordance with the product user manual and to the following terms and conditions:

  • The limited warranty extends only to the original end-user purchaser and holder of the warranty and is not transferable to any third party.

  • This limited warranty is valid ONLY if powered by LNK Services brand accessories to include belt pack, charging system and batteries.

  • NOTE: All accessories to include but not limited to the Belt Power Pack, Batteries and Charging Systems will be covered under a one (1) year limited warranty period.

  • The purchaser will bear the cost of shipping returned Product to LNK Services for repair. LNK Services will bear the cost of returning repaired Product to purchaser.

  • This limited warranty does NOT apply to:

  • Damage caused by abnormal wear and tear, abnormal use or conditions, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, improper handling or storage, unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs, improper use of any electrical source or third party battery, operator error, non-compliance with instructions or other acts which are not the fault of LNK Services, including damage or loss during shipping. Any product that has its serial number altered, defaced or removed. Any Defect that occurred after the expiration of the Warranty Period.

  • LNK Services’s limit of liability under the Limited Warranty is limited to the actual cash value of the Product at the time you return the Product for repair.

  • THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. LNK Services HEREBY DISCLAIMS THE APPLICABITILY OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS OF USE FOR THIS PRODUCT.

  • LNK Services WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

  • Warranty/Repair
    Prior to returning any LNK Services product for credit consideration or product replacement, Distributor/Customer must request pre-approval for the return by contacting LNK Services Customer Service at 205.266.8242. All returned goods must include a Return Material Authorization number issued by LNK Services.

  • Condition for Return
    The device shall be clean and decontaminated prior to return LNK Services. LNK Services retains the right to return unrepaired equipment that has not been decontaminated (has blood and/or other organic material) or to charge a fee of $250.00 for decontamination services prior to processing the product for repair.

  • Satisfaction Guaranteed
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. LNK Services will honor a 30 day money back guarantee from the date of purchase for unopened and unused products with no restocking fees.
